River Rock Cabin

The cabin is tucked away, a 5-10 minute walk from the Asin Jeepney parking area. It's recommended that you arrive before 4:00 PM, as the path may be quite dark after nightfall.

Don't forget to bring a flashlight and some warm clothing, as it tends to get chilly in the evenings.

If you're arriving by car, there are parking spaces available near the hydroelectric building and also by the waiting shed before the hanging bridge, which is closer to the cabin (please see the map below). The cabin is not close to the Hydroelectric building.

BEFORE ARRIVING:

Please ensure you reach before 4:00 PM. Remember to pack warm clothing for the night. Additionally, bring along food and groceries as the cabin only permits light cooking indoors with a microwave. You're welcome to use the BBQ outside. Kindly send a message to River Rock Cabin to confirm your arrival for a seamless travel experience. If you are bringing pets please pick up after them and clean their feces!

Please note:

We provide 1 camping lamp in the cabin, but you may want to bring your personal camping lamps and flashlights too.

Towels and extra Linen are not provided.

No smoking in the Cabin

No Littering

No Shoes/Slippers inside the Cabin

Please charge the lamps/lights and the water pump for the drinking water as courtesy for the next guests who will use the Cabin.

BEFORE DEPARTURE:

Ensure that the toilets are cleaned, dishes are washed and any rubbish is properly disposed of in the wheelie bins provided in the garden. Please be sure to close all lights and lock the windows, cabin door and the gate.

CAUTION

* Venturing down the river during the rainy season is not recommended due to risk of flash flooding!

* "Due to the remote location of the Cabin, the electricity supply may not always be stable. Please avoid using the kettle and the shower heater simultaneously to prevent any potential flickering of lights. Thank you for your understanding."

*No Live fire in the hot tub chimney box please.

Please dispose your garbage properly. Let's keep the cabin and the environment clean.
